BPM-synchronised audio-derived recordings; not full-body choreography. Tempo and beat origin are retained from extraction. Recordings do not loop. Source commit: 4eb00e35a474f898056d5c803824b8bf7250fc7e. These are position offsets, not full-body dance animations.

Beat details — notes, lanes & onset grid

Grid numbers count quarter notes across the complete loop, not rounded sixteenths. Up to 32 lanes are drawn for imported files. The full four-bar Amen is 16 quarter notes.

Built-in scores and local MIDI files use the animation BPM. MIDI note events are rendered with a small synthesised kit, not sampled recordings. Local MIDI files stay in the browser; their tempo maps are deliberately replaced by this shared tempo.

Play against your own track instead of MIDI

Your file stays in this browser. Set BPM and the time of beat zero manually; this gallery does not analyse the track. Playback follows the audio clock, including seeking. MIDI playback is paused while a local audio track is selected. Remove it to return to the beat player.
